Seaward also makes foot pegs that pivot rather than slide. I bought a pair and installed them in my Guillemot. Work well and are solid. The flat area where your foot contacts the pedal is a bit slick, so you may want to put some of those anti-slip bathtub stickers on it, but that is the only downside I have found (if you can call it that).
