Well, first, you get your axe and go to the forest. you chop down some trees -- any number higher than three. Let they air dry for at lease six months. Then go back to the forest to dug up some jack pine roots. Use the roots to lash the tree togather. If you win the race, please the pic on this BBS.

I believe you should look under inflable. It come under PVC and coated nylon, polyester...etc. It can be glue and weld with hot knife. Glue is getting out in manufacture side. Hot knife is hard to control in home-build. I learn this in a book (I think) call"The Inflable Kayak." Don't recall the author. I'll try to look it up for you. Goog Luck. Later
