Park the car out in the sun on a warm summer day and pick off the drip with your finger nail. Chances are very good that the epoxy did not bond well to the paint if there is any wax on it and the UV from the sun will break down the epoxy. Don't try anything radical, your best bet is probably patience the glue will come off in its own time. Anything that will damage the epoxy before that will also damage your paint.
