Thanks, Jack. I appreciate the positive feedback. I didn't have a recent backup of the contents of the laptop. I lost some of the original digital photos of the boat construction, but I still have everything that was on the server itself. As soon as I get a replacement, I'll get back up and running and will try to make regular backups. (Coincidentally, I used to work for a company called Tecmar that manufactured tape backup systems for PCs. It's one of those "doctor, heal thyself" kind of scenarios)
