Rick,

Better find something she needs to have clamped. You need a bunch of them. Just to let you know. I spent about $45 on materials for forms and @ 36 hours of work drawing cutting and lofting on my Guillemot. If I make some other design boat in the future I might consider buying forms precut and save time for stripping. I used one of those rotary cutting bits for a rotary cutter mounted in my router on a router table to cut forms. I found it worked a lot better than a jig saw, that about shook me to death and took alot longer to cut. Good luck with buying more tools! You could show her what a stripper cost to buy already made and then factor some tool cost into your project.
