No, the Wrigley plant (now closed down and for lease) is out at the end of Mission St extension, near the west end of West Cliff and Natural Bridges State Park. ITS is right to the west of the lighthouse, across from Lighthouse Field.

I have one of those blue nylon spray skirts, coated with some sort of blue rubberized material, with a bungie cord at the base. The bungie is knotted at the back and can be adjusted, but it was pretty tight. It's actually pretty difficult to get it on.

I had my kit held down tightly under the deck rigging. I'm not actually sure whether it flew off or was taken off, since the boat was on top of the car for some time in a parking lot. I'm thinking now about an internal foot-activated pump, which can't get lost. I'm sure I could find a way to mount one to the bulkhead at my feet. But that's another discussion entirely...
