Paul,

I also cut my forms shorter to save on plywood and to use the table that I built for building my Pygmy on. I used an upside-down 'T-beam' strongback to align the forms. It works nice because I can put the strongback/form assembly under the table out of the way when not in use, but it is easy to set up again when I want to use it.
