Dean,

He used putty to fill the low spots and sanded everything. He used 10 oz. glass and doubled it up in places and also reinforced it with 40 oz. tape around the cockpit. I think you could drive over it with a truck and not hurt it, by the time he is finished. It will probably weigh 60 lbs. when finished, but it will be very tough.
