If you want to save real money (this is not a spam) you should us polyester instead of epoxy maybee not for gluing but for glassing. The are some new polyesters who has very nice datas and prices. Ok they still smell but not so much as the old ones. And polyester is UV resistant so you can us it as top paint to

Ok I know that the us of polyester is a sensitive matter but I have a Marathon C-2 made out of poor polyester, poor plywood (but light) just taped over the seams. And we have used it for 5 seasons and raced it to and it still woorks nice.

It is worth testing anyhow I think
