I Just finished putting the glass on the outside of my canoe. I would like to thank everyone for the information that has been so willingly shared on this board. I would also like to share a couple of thoughts and observations. When you are measuring out your resin using a pump keep the same sequnce of counting, 1,2,3,4---resin, 5,6,7,8---hsrdner or 1,2,3,4----resin, 1,2,3,4---hardner, If you switch halfway through the job, you WILL go nuts! at least untill you squeege the part you glassed before the change. Two foot spacing on the mold stations works, but I would have been a lot happier if I would have measured the stations and lofted the boat and put my molds on 1' or 16" centers. Ten minutes with a sharp plane saves a half hour with sandpaper, use the plane to knock down the ridges, then set the blade and throat for a minimal cut and run the diagonals then sand with a flexible long board. I wanna try an air board like they use in body shops. Shoot your tv, go play on the water. Thank You, Bob
