I am reading Wolfgang Brinck's "The Aleutian Kayak" http://www.opengroup.com/srbooks/007/0070078939.shtml. It is excellent - has play by play. Also - subscribe to the Baidarka Mailing List - Wolfgang and lots of other incredibly helpful and knowledgeable people are available here: http://robroy.totalsports.net/baidarka/1999/Mar/author.html
