Kris, I use Cab-o-sil and milled fiberglass in about a 1 to 2 ratio in an amount that makes a good thick glue. It ends up really strong. I use 1 1/2 x 3 inch blocks of 1/2 inch thick hardwood at each end of the footbraces. works like a charm. The milled fiberglas really reinforces the epoxy. Hope this helps. Grant
