Analine dye health concerns

If you choose to use analine dyes please find and follow the proper application instructions. Analines are a strong carcinogen and will stain your hands quite nicely. Get a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) from your supplier and decide if analines are for you. Carefully follow all safety precautions. Always wear gloves and use a respirator when handling analine dyes.

I'm not the greatest when it comes to absoulute adhearence to safety proceedures but I would follow them to the letter where analines and other strong carcinogens are concerned. Not trying to discourage the use of analines, they can produce beautiful results.
