Glen-L has a method of fiberglassing over PVC foam they call "One-Off" PVC Foam Sandwich Core Construction and also a method they call "One-Off" Fiberglass Planking Construction using planking they sell in a roll. You can check it out at http://www.glen-l.com/ in Boatbuilding Methods.
