Paul, your math and conversions are correct. If you convert sq. meters to sq. yards, then 6oz/sq. yd. glass would be 203.+ grams/sq. meter. I think the reference to 600 gram was for example, since that would be 16 or 17 oz/sq. yd. glass. That's assuming the glass wieghts are for sq. yards, not running yards for a given roll width.
