I have been mixing small batches of MAS with a small syringe, it's easy to mix a batch as small as 9cc. I just suck the resin in first (it helps if it is warm)and then the hardner.

I have tried Gorilla on laminated beams with good results. It is a lot easier than epoxy to apply, but requires higher clamping pressure. Ostensibly it is water proof, but I have not tested that. Titebond makes an equal for quite a bit less money.
