I am just starting on my latest kayak. It is a skin on frame modified Greenland style. I have heard that snow roof can be used to coat the skin, but haven't heard from anyone who has used it. I'm not yet sure whether I'll be using canvas or nylon for the skin, but right now I'm looking for a reasonably priced, durable, and good looking combination of skin and coating. Any suggestions.
