It may be hard to find a kit for something that has only one real part. Anyhow, you can make this without a kit.

A skeg is a single plank of wood. You should be able to get that at any lumberyard. Cut it to the shape you desire and glue or screw it on. You should be able to make a skeg from a 3 or 4 foot long piece of 1x6 pine, but that depends on your boat. You may need a longer or wider piece.

In addition you will probably want some epoxy and glass cloth. You can get these from most boating suppliers and many hardware stores or even automotive stores.

If you are mounting the thing with screws, get stainless steel ones at the local hardware store.
