Thanks for any opinions.
I just last week put another layer of tape on my 17'CLC. It has made it harder to sand out the edge line, and I may never get it out. But my previous home made and store bought kayaks always have tons of wear on the keel. I am not the most careful boater, and the B.C. coastline is rough, but I would still do it even if I lived in a different area.
