Where are you going to sit while carrying these things? Why not tow them behind the aluminum boat? In which case, you have a tremendous variety of small craft to chose from -- including double kayaks that might be a good deal longer than the aluminum boat!

If you need to have it fit aboard, look at a 6 to 8 foot rowboat, or punt. They tend to be more wide than long, have good displacement and stability. If you make two, it is possible that you might arrange the fittings so they can stack, giving you a better chance of getting them both on board the aluminum boat.
