That sounds like exactly what I will need; the double will be used for bird watching, etc... We are not thinking of rolling it.

Interseting, though. The article in question is about a rough water paddler who got in trouble in the strait of Juan de Fuca, not far from Victoria BC. He rolls his boat. His only lament was not having tied the seat in because he had to do a wet reentry and the seat slid down to the bulkhead, blocking his access to the pump.
