>I built a CLC Chesapeake 16 over last fall and winter in an unheated garage. The temperature ranged from mid 30's to mid 40's. The only problem was it took the epoxy three times as long to set. Like three to four days. If you are working with the hull upside down (bottom to the sky) a trouble light can be put inside the hull and it will warm up the hull some. I used the kayak this past spring, summer and fall. It hasn't fallen apart or failed anywhere.
