Examples include intense class V white water and coastal storm kayaking. This style of kayaking is most pronounced in patients suffering from severe testosterone poisoning. The testosterone correlation is strong, but not absolue since estrogen-laden homo-spaiens have also been found to suffer from this syndrome.
