> www.geocities.com/Yosmite/Gorge/4657This is the American, mostly Michigan based group that puts on the GL Symposium in Grand Marais, MI, in late July -- big event, usually several hundred people. That's the group I talked about earlier in this thread.

These are two separate links to the Canadian Great Lakes club. This is a bigger, and better organized group than the American one. They put on a small, cheap, but highly recommended symposium in Parry Sound, ON, on the weekend of May 14, Try this URL:

This is the one that's on Memorial Day weekend -- a relatively small deal, no big vendors, and a couple of hundred participants -- although since it's small, it's intimate and I think I learned more there than I did at Grant Marais.
