Note for the cheap and "organizationally deprived" among us... The local "Ames" dept store has a sale on Halloween organizers, an Orange, 20 gallon, storage type container with black lid, for $4.99! Sez I, a great place to gather everything Yakky except the paddles! PFD, (with light, whistle, etc) gloves, tow rope, PJ's cell phone number and all the loose paraphenalia that flops all around the trunk, and is in the other car when you unload at the put-in! One more addition will be a can of de-humidifyer "stuff" to prevent the mold. The lid does not have a terrific latch, but we can run a great thread on Yak-pak-latches alone. Now, I'm a little bit closer to the dream of being able to dunk into "waters of opportunity" at a moments notice. The container comes with Pumpkin decals which I will replace with Turkeys in November. Wife sez that will suffice for the rest of the year! TNX, Scotty (any thoughts of what else goes in there?)
