Hmm...maybe you have something there. So, a guide company should advertise their trips as beautiful, strenuous, good cuisine, but not say "safe"? I do agree that you're sticking your neck out saying that something is safe, when it is inherently unpredictable.

So how does one go about being responsible for someone in a professional capacity? What steps do you take to prevent fraud and still get new clients, AND keep them safe AND keep your own butt (liability-wise) safe?
