Pretty hard to argue this point! What I see though is that very few of these lawsuits have to do with gross neglegence, and should come under the heading of "foolish things people do." Most of us have done them and laugh about it at parties or with friends. Why, I remember the time.... :-)
I hope that the kind of posts that started this CABLE continue though. There is a wealth of info in them.
