"I was told it was safe" especially when its directly implied in writing can hold profound liabilities for the individual RESPONSIBLE for ADVERTISING it as SUCH.
When you create deception, F-R A-U-D-E [hello!!!] that results in a "beginner" finding out far too late into the trip that the "beginner skills-level" was a total hoax - AND it infact leads this beginner to injury or death, you can bet theres a cae of GROSS NEGLIGENCE on part of the guide. Lawyers, judges and procecutors are ALL well familiar with the pseudo-macho "baby sitter" defense and it doesnt float.
Its a simple formula: Fraudulent Deception X Safety = GROSS NEGLIGENCE
Man o' man, some of you folks better give up the idea of ever being responsible for anybody in a proffessional capacity.
