In my very limited experience (3 times a witness) I have noticed that lawsuits depend on a good lawyer not the facts. Just keep "WHAT IFing" the facts until you come up with a scenario that loosely fits the facts but very much fits your clients needs, and run with it. However, I am not a lawyer, so maybe OJ really is innocent!

I probably should have read this post before I made my other posts! You wouldn't sue a fellow kayak builder would you? :-)
