you explain the $10,000,000 coffee settlement to me, and I'll explain $38,000,000,000 for starwars(SDI) , can't do it , don't have the facts, so many mysteries

when I had my small bike shop I didn't get insurance to cover the rentals, it would have taken %50 of the bike rental income to pay for it, so I took the risk , made sure I looked the person in the eye and told them where safe places to ride were and where they could get run over (not really those words) We made up a waiver that looked good understanding that two guys in their 20's would have no chance against an honest lawsuit,,,so we tried to be as honest as we could.

another real life scenario, my brother and couple buddys are cross-country skiing camping, first day out ,beautiful snow, one guy smokes too much recreational herb,totally blows his knee out descending with pack on back, other guy has cell phone, calls rescue, helicopter comes, saves the day.

1.is cell phone good/bad?

2.would 3-pins have been better?

3.is playing with strangers safe?
