Proof... You'd need proof. I've yet to be blackmailed. Especially payments in beer, forget it. It's mine, all mine. Actually had more than my fill last night, and am feeling alittle sluggish this morning.
The best part is that my activities like this were 10 plus years ago, you on the other hand, are still doing it. That's cool. But I must say that this is where it really gets funny. I've already contacted the Peninsula Family YMCA & Cobra Kayaks and informed them that they had intruders in their race and that the race results have been affected. They want me to give them the names of these illegal participants, so they can adjust the results and send out a bill for the $45 entrance fee with an additional $10 late charge per paddler. They also informed me that they will do everything in their power to prosecute to the fullest extent of the law to, and I quote, "get those suckers".
So... who's blackmailing who, now??? I'll drink just about any quality micro brew, just so you know. I have your name(s) type onto the email now and am ready to hit [send], should I?
You live in a beautiful city, although I haven't been down that far in several years. Your story brought more than a smile to my face and I just think it's great that you're outlook on life is such that you can live each day to it's fullest and actually enjoy it, especially in a race like this one. Great story, quite an adventure.
SmfPS check this picture out. Is that you on stage after the event? I couldn't imagine you would just jump up there and join the band like that. Nice touch.
