As far as the "islanders" go, Ive even read that they are a "jealous" group of individuals when it comes to "their" land. Still, I have to wonder where their "land" begins, and the national seashore begins. Like the hollywood crowd ever annoyed of the general public treading on "their" beach, the fact is the shore is everybodies and no law can stop anyone from walking it. Me frankly, Ive no interest in testing my rights, or anyones temperment. Legally tho, being that the seashore IS public, doesnt that mean basically anyone can board any island atleast within reach of the tides?
Again, Im just questioning a technicality. Ive got a lot better things to do then actually test it. I understand tho that the islanders can be rather rabid anyhow.
Best,
Pete
Ofcourse it goes without saying that being "eyeballed" for paddleing "too close" is behavior without any justifiable merit and should be ignored.
