Where do you paddle? Is it visitor freindly?

Connecticut is where I paddle - LI Sound to be specific. Ive been out of the loop for a couple of years due to sleep apnea. Mind you - most of the time I had it, I didnt know it was sleep apnea and just figured it was bad nerves, depression, etc - which it is - all those things are symptoms of sleep deprivation.

I prefer LI Sound to just about everything for local paddling and I consider Cape Cod a rare treat simply because the water can be so clear and that I never get there enough. The sound is VERY paddler friendly because it often behaves like a big lake. On those days when its too windy and the chop is more than i want to bother, i love hitting the wetlands.
