I have a Sea Line deck bag that works pretty well, but I've found that the clips that connect the bag to the grab lines then to come loose. I was talking to a friend of mine who works for Perception and in her unbiased opinion their deck bag is the best. It's made for them by Watershed and its got a water-tight seal, so I'm thinking about getting one of those to replace the one I have now. I'm a professional photographer and when I work out of my boat I keep my cameras in my deck bag, so I need a good really water-tight bag.
