I have one of those. My wife thinks its the ugliest hat shes ever seen. It is soo nice especially in the sun; not too hot and good neck protection. I also have an "aussie" outback type leather hat with a chin strap. I use it in cooler weather. It's a little better in the rain, and quite a bit warmer. I have a fetish for ugly hate, according to SWMBO.
