Thanks for the info. I know where your talking about - and I'd like to check it out. I'll be staying in Eastham but its just a short hop from there. Another place I want to check out is the bay area [if you can call it that] just East of Chatham. Its about 10 miles deep or so of little coves, islets and the like. To follow it out one would eventually hit Monomoy Island. My rather limited skills at this point are keeping me away from open ocean for now. The upshot here is, have you been there as well? So tough to tell from a map wether its miles of water 6" deep, marsh, or infact quite deep.
