Rob, I wish I could help you out but we have not paddled that lake. My neighbor goes there every year with his family camping. I asked him about it and he said that it is a big tourist area...lots of boat traffic. He suggested that for good paddling you should try the area around Sebago Lake State Park and the Dingley Islands.

Thanks for your response to my posting about the Outer Banks. I will be marking Corolla on the map!
