I thought maybe that might work for a second. But I think she would notice the Orca inlay missing on the new one. She designed the first one and points it out to everyone. Makes a point of mentioning all the time she spent drawing it (15 minutes) and never once mentions the 2 months to build the kayak 8^)

I have thought about stretching out the forms to make a double. I just don't think I can get it out of the basement if I build it there. I also need to make sure it is something that she will like doing before I make such a big investment. It's hard to say if she'll like it or not. She likes to go fishing with me in the canoe, but for the first 15 minutes or so in the boat she is absolutly terrified every time we go out.
