I usually take 3
> Musketter candy bars - 2 of those will warm me up fast if I dump my boat

> quickly cure hypothermia (not quite bubt it helps).I like trail food. It's a little more variety, packs nice in a ziplock bag or tupperware. I could live off that and veggies for a week...
