Please note that the use of a face mask / goggles will allow the beginning roller to see what's going on, where they are, correct their body position. But most of all it burns a visual image of the movement into your memory. This visual image then becomes a very powerful toll to keep your rolling sharp. Remember "The Inner Game"? Visualization is key to being able to perform complex movements accurately time after time with success. Don't just flop around upside down in the dark with your eyes closed! Watch what's going on first, then transition away from the visual aids once you have found the proper technique.
