Winged paddles

I'd love to hear from anyone who has had experience w/ winged paddles for sea kayaking.

I'm currently using a Lendal carbon paddle w/ cranks, which I like alot, but the winged concept is interesting. Are they good for touring or only racing? Any negative impact on bracing, rolling, etc? Are they really faster? Which models are best?

Interested in any and all input.
