I hate to get into this again, but since you're still promoting this idea...
A) You haven't proven your idea yet and many of use have told you why it simply isn't going to work in a narrow kayak. It's a totally different animal than a wide canoe with foam sponsons on the gunwales.
B) It's a BAD idea to flood any boat in order to gain stability. Again, many of us have explained the reasons for this.
C) The limited testing you've done with a wider boat has all been on dead flat calm water, which is not representative of the kind of conditions likely to cause a capsize. As many of us have told you, your technique will not only not work in rough water, it's very dangerous to be in a flooded, uncontrollable boat in rough water.
D) Bulkheads and/or float bags provide PROVEN floatation that works with PROVEN rescue methods. An emergency situation is no time to screw around with unproven ideas.
E) Skill trumps gear every time. Learn to brace and roll and all of this fooling around with floatation is unnecessary.
