It's really easy to be a Monday morning quarterback.

How can we learn from this?

How could we prevent a similar situation from happening?

Who has volunteered to teach water safety at their local school?

Maybe the parents deserve to be angry. Who are we to be angry?

Read Deep Trouble or the Sea Kayaker trip reports...is the analyst angry? I'm with Rick; it appears to be a rush to judgement.

: you're right though, judgement is more important than gear but keep in mind
: that the only thing we seem to know is some of the gear and not any of the
