is there a website where one can download charts free (looking for coastal north carolina) ... i'm assuming not. if i'm right, can anyone suggest a good place to buy charts of the area(s) i'm interested in or CD's containing the areas i'm interested in. finally, if anyone has experience with both charts and CD's, i'd appreciate your opinion on which is better. thanks, dan
