Pip-pip!

: Add a prop with motor sealed in rear bulkhead; add valves/air tanks to front
: bulkhead to add/evacuate water for depth control; add foot peg controlled
: elevators; other than bulkhead areas, drill the hull/deck comparable to
: Swiss cheese; add external lead weights that can be jettisoned; add
: cock-pit rim cut-outs to accommodate full SCUBA gear; don SCUBA and
: launch; this modification removes any rolling requirements and provides a
: superior view of the fishes! Tip: try wearing the SCUBA tanks on your
: chest, otherwise they interfere with the rocket pack; and try swim fin
: cut-outs or bumps on the deck--always wear swim fins in case of a wet
: exit!
