I agree with liv2's assessment. It doesn't track well and if you're paddling in waves you wind up doing a lot of correcting. But it's a joy in the surf. I always use mine when I take a class because it's so easy to roll, easy to turn, easy to lean. I also use it when taking groups out on trips because it's the boat I want to be in when moving in for a rescue.
