spider cracks on Valley yak

I have a 14 yr. old Nordkapp which I dearly love and cherish. It is showing lots of cracking in the gel coat of the hull especially around the bulkheads. Do you think this is a sign of structural weakness... in other words will my boat break up some day when I'm out in rough seas?
