I am 6 feet 275 with 42 inch waste and size 14 shoe. I have a perception carolina 16/ I actually have a 14 also. I love thse boats. I think the 16 would suit you perfectly. The bad news is I dont think they make them any more but i have seen them on ebay and craigs list.
