There was a company that marketed an outdoor clothing line for women that addressed this very problem. I have the name in an old issue of Outside Magazine.

If I recall correctly, the company was in financial difficulty but it was bought by a bigger company and things seemed okay.

Along with the line of clothing there was a device which allowed women to urinate while kayaking.

I'll try to find the name again.
