This has been a great thread! I'm a novice greenland paddler, and I too found the blade wanting to dive when I used the forward tilt. Raising my pushing hand to get the 45 degree angle Greg mentioned has really reduced that feeling for me, and the paddle entry is much cleaner than I have with a verticle blade. I still feel slightly less stable but it is getting more comfortable.
